I am not playing a guessing game here mate, the OPY management have really liked some massive goals with this announcement, and by all accounts, this is an extremely strategic and well thought out move.

The quality of the US management team is of extremely high quality.
those dudes will play a big part in helping OPY to acquire and cement the strategic US partnerships that they talk about.
Its all about net-working at those levels and a highly charged team at the top can do wonders for a Company and its stock price.

I have read the update a few times now, slower each time, and am extremely excited with the expected velocity of the SP move north.
