Im not going to bust your balls for putting a few dollars in your pocket. I thought about it but decided against due to capital gains tax would take any profit and then some as I havent held for 12 months.

I was expecting 100 million to complete the processing plant, 35 million is a good part of the way. I can only speculate how they will complete construction, and CR or a Loan, either way the management have demonstated sound judgement so far.
As a share holder I appreciate the offer to participate, to many companys dont bother to reward their share holders with SPP & just flick it to sophisticated investors.

I will sell a few things and go the full 30k for me its a no brainer as I know in 12months time I would 100% regret not taking this oppertunity. The mind boggles at maths on my calculator when I attempt to value this company.
