I'm sure all avenues have been thought through.
If the cap raise is to kick off a project like Grieve it may be a better return than a JV, who knows yet.
If that is the case and it is announced with a positive report on the Chemical flood and outlines time frames returns ect it may be looked on positively.
Hopefully the ann is full of detail and a plan is ready to go.
Hopefully the waiting will be over!
