Difference of roughly 17? Mortality of 27 vs 10 could do it?
Def could be statistically significant. I feel it's hard to say this confidently would work without further studies however.
For example, if the drug actually improves mortality more (or reaches primary endpoints) if given systemically, you wouldn't want to be giving it to everyone via a much riskier direct cardiac injection.
I will be very interested to see what comes out of further studies
