    It looks as though Franklyn Brazil has sold his 45 million shares for 4 cents a share in an off-market sale and has resigned from the board.

    Brazil's shares were purchased by "interests associated with" Dr. Tony Moore. Dr. Moore is involved in a joint venture with PolyNovo.

    Positive development.
