So if Tyro is dependent on Worldline (as stated in the prospectus as a key risk) and this supplier is now in a JV with a key competitor (i.e. big four bank - also highlighted as a key risk in the prospectus) isn’t this a significant threat to Tyro?
(I’m not a holder but was close to buying until this announcement.)
