Hmmmmmmmmmm, don't really like the terms of the agreement, payment over three years given CZP are struggling like HYO, unless Synergy is expected to have a reasonable cashflow.

Interesting to see the sale value of $6.5mill is 92% of the HYO's current market value. Given the announcement on 11.12.2008 looks like Bill Votsaris is building another empire over at CZP.

What will be interesting is the hit on both revenue and costs over the next two quarters.
