Risktaka - RIO have already said they want a JV, not a T/O (but they might have their hand forced into making a full offer). However, there are other parties: Areva, Chinese, Cameco, for example, who might be interested in launching a bid. I have met with Dattels' lieutenant, Ian Stalker, and he believes there are several parties who are potentially interested.
