Ah you are a long term holder? I suppose its at least consolation that you've done better than the index this year, especially when the hiring has yet to kick off post pandemic.
They don't really do placements by the looks of it so I suppose if your a holder from the start averaging down was the only option and thats tough with such a new company. I hope things improve for you.
