Mate, I am, obviously I'm missing something would you or anyone care to point out what's wrong with my interpretation of it.
Are they not going to use the funds to buy back the remaining CN's, before they can be redeemed? if i recall correctly, the company had the option of either buying them back, or issuing shares at their discretion.
