Im trying to get my head around the below relationship. MWI is wholly owned by ANS, then what is ACR's involvement here? Wouldn't ANS be the 'parent' in this relationship? Sorry if I have misread this.
- ACR is the parent of the wholly owned subsidiary, Mid West Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd (MWI)
- MWI is a wholly owned subsidiary of ANS and holds all intellectual property in relation to the potential development ofeconomic infrastructure in relation to Oakajee.
Is it a possibility that ANS is simply the 5th Chinese player in the consortium, assuming that the Midwest placement transpires then our major shareholder is Ding?
