By memory, fellow poster (Really?) listed the relationship between ANS-related companies on another thread recently.

My take is ANS (Ding) would head up the Consortium, a representative/broker working with the 'China 5'. Those 5 would be pure infrastructure builders >>> rail, port, road, shipping, IO buyers/processors and some financing entity.

Truth is, we don't know if ANS are included in the China 5 or working with them in any capacity, let alone heading it up...but there is Hope!
