    Incorrect rgrant. Debt is now 3.4m, not $8.1m.
    While it's great that they're raised money to pay off some of the debt owing to the ATO, what shits me to tears is that they've given these sophisticated investors shares, plus options, at a 44.4% discount.
    It's yet another case of the rich getting richer at the expense of everyone else.
    Does someone know why the company has a $3.1m debt with the ATO?
