The underwriters would have been sounding their clients about this raising for quite some time, hence the weakness in the SP in recent weeks despite numerous "positive" announcements from the company. The SP has been moved down to a level where there was enough appetite to cover the book which would have been a fait accompli at the time the official CR announcement came out last night.
