I've previously traded this stock (at a loss) and have always kept on eyes on things just in case positive developments arose. My question is this: at the current market cap why doesn't GM just buy out the company? It's the same question I had when I read that CXZ was first awarded the 3 year contract in 2018 when the SP was 0.5c. Since the contract has been awarded, GM has paid CXZ $10M plus in revenue (and counting)? Wouldn't it make sense, if GM was going to renew the contract in 2021, they would be thinking it might be cheaper to simply to make a take over offer?
