Yeh, you're right. Resellers seems to think this would be a good way to reset the market and let existing stock sell out, so I guess if Synlait doesn't announce anything then it's production as usual.... On the other hand, any halt or cut in production on a manufacturing agreement would usually means higher COGS (volume is lower) or a penalty incurred by the brand because wouldn't Synlait have invested into the purchase of raw materials to meet a production forecast signed off on an agreement? But then again, A2 is a shareholder of Synlait so it could be different. So many uncertainties.
