If they do they can buy them back cheaper than Obsidian paid for them. The deal was done in US dollars when the AU dollar was only worth about 65 cents US. Now the AU dollar it is 76 cents against the US Dollar.
A great deal for Jatcorp if the wanted to buy them back.
"JAT may redeem any Notes prior to the Maturity Date by paying the Redemption Price of the Convertible Notes redeemed."
