it doesnt cost 300m worth of shares to mine clay that sits between ground level and 50m's... where are you pulling these numbers from

in my post i talked about two share issues, each of, i quote: ".....300m of shares....."
NOT 300m WORTH of shares
300 million shares at ~$0.03 per share would raise ~$9 million
obviously, if lrs was to issue 2 x 300 million WORTH of shares at, say $0.03 per share, $600 million would buy 20 000 000 000 shares (20 billion shares) - lrs would not be able to sell such a large quantity of shares.
