What I don't know is why they needed to raise the capital: they aren't burning cash and they finished SQ2020 with $3.4m of net cash in the bank.

As things currently stand, after the issue of` the consideration shares for Green Orbit, as well as the placement shares, the company will have a $30m market cap, with more than $6m of it being cash-backed.

Sounds like they have big growth plans in place.
Very big growth plans.

$20m in Revenue, yielding $7m or $8m in NPAT at some point over the next 3 to 5 years does not sound to me to be at all inconceivable given the opportunity set that lies before them, and the foundations that are currently being laid to access that opportunity set.

Should that transpire, then a share price north of 50c will be very much within the realms of probability.
