Thanks for that. Of course they are taking action. They refer to making 3 changes. I read some of the hundreds of negative submissions from the public. Clearly there is massive environmental concern. The real issue is, will those 3 be enough. Aside from those 3 broad changes, what is being done in addressing public concerns and bringing them on board? No reference.
It reads like a mining company from the last century run by engineers. It's 2020.
If this were in Africa, there would be long discussions about community engagement. There are none.
It reads badly and does not make me optimistic.
I have worked on over a dozen mine developments in five countries.
if this doesn't get approved rather than losing 25% of bonuses senior management should be fired.
