I agree with cookie.
Barclays have an average price of 57.36c for gmg. To me, why would they be increasing their voting power if they did not believe that there was good potential upside?
To go up so well today above all other REIT's suggests that there is a growing sense of optimism about refinancing.
The comment re the dow futures has no substance due to the fact that on a flat/down day today, gmg rose above the rest.
Good times ahead IMO.
