I should have added that BNL were good enough to alert shareholders to the fact that they had applied for the permit and that the process normally takes about 4 months - and they would not have made that comment as a conservative time span - more likely, they would have given it the maximum time it should take.
That 4 months is up Just perhaps) and I do hold out the hope that the successful permit approval will be announced before the end of the year. As you say, Colorado is an aggressive mining state.
Also, that COVID-19 would not have materially impeded the approval process - the government would be looking at the company and wheher there was any untoward legal impediments to their reputation (were they on Interpol's watch list etc), whether they had funds to do the drilling and whether the information BNL provided was valid. That would not change because of COVID-19.
