It'd be funny if it wasn't so serious. The crap this board pulled last year just to keep on their good 'money for nothing' wicket I find absolutely appalling. Seems to me this is a criminal offence. They should resign immediately and reimburse all salaries paid from last AGM. This board does not work for the shareholders, only for themselves. This certainly proves it.
And then the gall from the board, " the Company has introduced additional procedures to ensure that such
situations would not reoccur." Laughable, like they are swatting their own hands for being very very naughty. This board is a joke
