wow. i just read resolution 6 and 7.
i didnt know that was possible but there it is.
so they give these entities shares and they dont have to pay for them until they can sell for a profit. and if they dont get in the money by the time limit then they just walk away.
i must be reading this wrong? this is on another level now, treating holders with contempt.
it's always entertaining to drop in from time to time and see what the old guard are doing with this company.
