Dog17, I see no reason why you would fabricate something so incriminating, that can be verified with the author.
The wording of the message is consistent with the type of language used in such correspondence.
The substance of the message is positive and at this stage gives no reason for alarm.
For me, it provides comfort (tick) but not reassurance (it can't do that).
That's good enough for me atm.
If there's nothing by cob Tuesday then I'd expect at least the gist of your email as an interim Ann, just to tide punters over, until early in the New Year.
