Well I just hope Ken plays the strategic game of: "Make me an offer I can't refuse." With the emerging sellers market its time to play hardball during this crucial negotiating window. In addition, I'd like to see hefty penalty payment clauses written into contractual agreements should the customer wish to reduce or cancel their supply - with no force majur (spelling?) applicable. We were more than accommodating over the last few years, so now its time for quid-pro-quo.
