have to disagree mate , using charts and screeners open up the companies to further study (i never trade on charts alone) , watching charts has put me on to companies ive entered that i would never of looked at and a return of 243% this year , if its superstition then im bullish on superstition , a mixture between charts and fundamentals imo gives the best opportunity of increasing your win rate , i wouldnt write off charts for the simple reason so many traders use them and they do point to great entry and exit levels when no news happening , simply watching the volume increase or decrease is a very good sign to follow
not sure how much you know about charting but if you have never really studied charting dont knock what you dont understand imo , good luck with your trading hope its worked well and merry xmas
