I was watching and I saw the trade. There was 1.65m to buy at 4.6 which got amended to 4.7
I bought 1.55m myself Friday as I am rather hopeful all the day traders have buggered off.
I am also a long term holder.
Seemed there was only chief and me in the marketI was rather hoping for 4.1 but i think the brokers who got the 88m deal will try to keep it over issue price..and i got impatient.
The long and short of it is the company got $4M more capital to use at i think a pretty good price. 3 cents would have been poor, 6 c too rich.
I am hopeful this company can grow surely and steadily. If so then the share price should appreciate, slowly and steadily.
I am a buyer of more at sub 4 and a seller over 20
