It's just a fact. I've someone once post, about a big transaction for another company, saying "gee, huge buy at the close there". Soon after there was a notice saying it was a board member offloading his shares. Someone buying involves someone selling. @TheFadz has been telling us he has been buying, from $13 to around $7... looks like he finally gave up.
