Because the options are priced at $1 in Sept 05, they do not have a dilutory effect on the ordinary shares while the ords are below $1, as nobody would exercise them etc.
I would imagine they may have a value of say 10 cents or so upon listing, possibly less when people decide to take their money and sell them.
Be very very patient with Amity. It is going to take them a long while to build up the gas sales.
