I did not expect this move by CDV. Clearly they don’t like NORD. If they wanted Shandong to win wouldn’t they have just let NORDs announcement go ? If NORD want out then they won’t win the takeover battle regardless so are CDV just trying to annoy them and force them to spend money on a dispatch. Do CDV not believe that Nord genuinely are out and do they believe they are only trying to trick shareholders ? Anyway, I think CDVs announcement suggests that they are still trying to look after shareholders imo. GLTAH
