This announcement looks like fluff.

Back in 2017/18, Peter Malone had his directors fees paid to Empire Services pty ltd. This went into receivership according to the asic website.

The west coast naturals company has the same registered address and same contract person as a place called empire capital partners. There is no link that I know of between empire services and empire capital. This is just from Google search.

I thought it was extremely strange that a price sensitive agreement would be announced with distributor who only has skn products on their range and is at the same registered address as a capital partnership business.

I wonder what consultancy services are provided to skn from this company.
