I still think King Kev is spot on. The company has probably been taking a lot of calls and so this was put out to appease that the process is still in hand etc etc I have no concerns myself and sort of felt it wasnt going to happen before Christmas. But if all it needs is a rubber stamp - who knows. This is a really big deal for the government as well as shareholders.
