just a bit strange that anyone would buy on the open market this volume, when ballentine would be just as happy to offer new shares at a discount - building in a level of profit for the buyer.. unless its a pump and dump, or some very insider knowledge, that makes the buyer make more margin that the discounted shares would offer?? strange
