That is not to say that at times hard questions should be asked, it leads to clarifivation or discovery. More informed s/h is a good thing for any company imo.
However it is usually easy to distinguish between genuine enquiry and agenda based comments IME

There are many 'armchair directors' on HC and many have no or limited understanding of what the true role of a director is. As retail investors the reasons for certain actions are not always apparent.

Having done their research and assertained that AXM has quality, professional and highly respected management shareholders have to show some faith at times and trust that management has the interest of all shareholders at heart (big and small). Remember that AXM management has their 'skin in the game' too
