Not only that but I get presents. Remember its what you actually do for others that generates that. E.g my eye surgeon can be as rude as he likes to me.
Don't forget I'm not the guy who keeps calling for the director's salaries to be cut. I'm the guy who is supporting them. Come thick or this in this case. In Iggy's case in ATC after GXY. Why? because he was right about the lithium boom to come, it was his own board that treated him as expedient when things got really tough. (As boards tend to do).
Further, I tend to ask people not to send me Christmas cards but to use the money for the charity of their choice. Electronic ones defeat the ESG and commercial aspect too.
