Ann: 2020 Annual General Meeting, page-14

Well I havent been able to comment as I was in the naughty corner for 2 weeks .

Listened to AGM there was some interesting questions asked but found it hard to take it all in and have sent email asking if it was recorded etc havent had an answer about it though. In hindsight should of recorded it or taken notes and as such its all a bit hazy now.

One thing I took from it was at the end there were some comments regarding that yes they realise we need sales and revenue generation and that was to be a focus, also they have just employed new sales personal to push forward with this strategy (think this is what I heard stand to be corrected). Also question asked about why no new contracts signed since soft tex, answer we do have other customers but they dont all sign contracts eg they buy on an as needed basis (was my interpretation ) so yes their customer base has grown its just we havent heard about it. They expect momentum of the bedding industry to still be strong over coming months still due to covid effect. Also as much as hold ups with pine belt due to covid it is still moving forward still on the table. Mattress sock is the positive and also a mention that the democratic win in US will help their cause with their products due to their ESG focus. Sheesh there was some really good questions asked but I honestly cant remember much have lots going on at the present like everyone at this time of year. Hopefully a recording will be available some time.

I am as frustrated as everyone with how slow it all seems to be but the company appears to have at least survived through the Covid stress so far but covid has slowed things and created hiccups but I think they are all acutely aware that revenue generation is a priority hence the employment of more sales personal etc. There was lots of other questions asked and answered so this is just a snippet(Stand to be corrected on any of this interpretation).Would love to hear from others as I know I havent touched on everything that was said plus its my view as well
