Hi Vitamin, yeh it's funny how it shows on the monthly , as one of the touches occurred right on a month end (November) , so basically affected two monthly bars.
So I would be more inclined to be still calling it your initial "could be a double bottom", as didn't really bounce and then come back to re-test at those two consecutive bottoms on the monthly. Of course we now need it to bounce so that we can call it a bottom.
