Marketscan has said about Arafura ____ "hope she has the wind in her sails from here on."

It seems that gentle zephyrs are not enough to fill Arafura's sails but an article by Michael McRae in ***** News might at least provide a more breeze to keep the good ship Arafura moving slowly forward while we wait for strong winds to really fill the sails.

"The fairest rare earth element of them all" ...... The article particularly highlights neodymium as a market leader in rare earths. An extract from the article follows and the whole article is worth Googling.
