MEP or ADN, page-612

I ask this question of the dual MEP / ADN holders.
Would you vote for an all script TO at the required ratio that independent experts deemed was fair and reasonable after making a thorough evaluation of the assets of each company ?
Would the ADN shareholders who are not MEP holders vote for it ?

I don't think that there would be any problems with the MEP share holders voting for it .

I don't know what the independent experts would come up with because all the assets are hard to assess as to there present values but my guess is that it would be a ratio ADN to MEP of at least 1.5 to 1 .

I think there are just too many expectation hurdles for it to get up .

As I have said , I would like to see it happen .
But actually I would LOVE to see it happen.
