The sole director of Orange Minerals, David Michael also worked for Hartleys in the past and was charged by the AFP in 2009 for insider trading. The charges were dropped in 2011.
Keep in mind the sole shareholder in Orange Minerals, St Barnabas Investments Pty Ltd holds this share non beneficially. This means it is held for another person or company, the identity of which is not disclosed.
