In a pan combine the following and babecue on the charcoal webber with its lid on:
6 chicken marylands.
250 gm cherry tomatoes.
1 diced capcisum.
1 chopped chorizo.
2 teaspoons brown sugar.
2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
For the picada barbecue the following:
25 ml olive oil.
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
½ cup hazelnuts, toasted until dark golden
2 cloves minced garlic.
A splash sherry vinegar.
