According to S&P Global at 1 December, 2020 "The Democratic Republic of Congo's mining sector is now almost 70% dominated by Chinese investors". Only a matter of time before they do to cobalt what they tried to do to rare earths. Those familiar with the Lynas story will know what I mean. Luckily for BAR, cobalt is a hell of a lot easier to process than rare earths.
