So hypothetically Goldfields could strike up a scheme of arrangement with SG which would enable their Call Option, recovering Goldfields lost $60m, and also cut Nord's holding down to <10%.

Seems like the only scenario whereby SG will be party to a majority vote unless they significantly up their bid.

And yes i'm aware that GF and Nord are basically in bed together but GF currently have significant egg on their face and should be in damage control
