Buy on market means money out of their pocket to purchase executing options as cashless transaction is like cashing in free ticket, shares are not automatically sold proceeds are deposited at market price to be sold whenever holder wishes. That transaction is not reported unless holder is required to disclose, so we don’t know they held or sold. Lot speculation that this is good thing or bad thing, it’s neither, not related to outstanding results but driven off calendar when options expired unless executed.
