find a trustee which suits your needs and don’t bother with AS if your not happy. I use a three that don’t restrict me. I’ve got serious issues this year with super caps. Since pls values have increased significantly since 1/7 and I’ve sold a few businesses, I could then use small business exemption Tests, even tho I don’t have to due to other rules, it then saves me the bring forward rules for later use if the caps of 1.6 can be exceeded in a friendly way which looks to be the case.
