Honestly I don't see anything bad about PH's planning
Ppl criticised AH while he sold shares to fund his options and personal commitment and now saying PH keeping his shares is something negative?
The bank is happy to value the shares as securities and PH is happy to pay ongoing interests on the loan instead of realised the equity at the current undervalued market price!!
