Yep these results are a bit hard to interpret IMO BUT assume 1.5 log kill is what is referred to ? this is a standard for assessing bacterial/viral kill, in which case = approx 95% kill BUT the axis on the left does not support this.
Maybe it is a case of 'If you can't dazzle them with brilliance/results, baffle them with BS' - it REALLY needs some clarification by management
Anyway R529 looks to be the goods in this trial, i.e. low does R529 had a better 'kill' log 1.5 vs high dose R327 1.25 log
