You've got a lot of things mixed up.
The 25 % (for A$ 8.3 million) is the share in AIG (Altech Industries Germany), a 100 % subsidiary of ATC.
The 100 million US dollars are for 49% of ATC.
Please do not confuse the two.
Considering that nothing has really happened in Germany yet, the subsidiary AIG seems to be quite well valued at 20 million euros.
