Company seems to target European based processing, preferrably to Chinese.

Therefore, I see the recent dilution as positioning of our partners ( at a bargain price ) who might later be the ones providing the 500 mil to get this mine open and, at the same time, limit Chinese ownership.
Two beneficial outcomes in one action.

Government backs this mine, wants this open as fast as possible and simply has to go with
what the law requires.
